I think ITV will remain independent for at least the next five years until the results of cable-cutting and Netflix are known and ITV's value can be properly judged.
I still think that there is a chance that Liberty Global will split in two and sell its European assets to Vodafone.
Liberty won't get ITV i think it'll be a surprise buyer apparantly Verizon are sniffing around too.
