Yup. It would be silly to suggest Pep isn't a great manager but he has, so far, taken on some of the best teams with the best funding in the World. Munich had won the treble when he arrived there, Barcelona had one of the best academies sport has ever seen and both teams could pretty much buy whoever they wanted.
Simone we will have to see but I think what he has done at Athletico exceeds what Pep did at Barcelona.
I am not sure he would want to join Chelsea (Pep that is) anyway. The management and expectations seems counter to the jobs he has chosen so far and the way he likes to work. City is more suited to him.
