Not sure if anyone saw this but on Channel 4 News they had an interview with the brother who claimed:
- The guy has had a history of mental health problems including being sectioned
- His behaviour got worse over the summer and his brother phoned the police to report that
Channel 4 said the police confirmed they received a call over this guy's mental health 3 weeks ago.
