This is far worse than the "average of 130Mbps" during peak periods .. I have requested to join the SK project and I suspect I will get a similar graph.
I have tried in the past complaining to the VM CEO but since we are into the 4th year of overutilsation, this did not have the desired effect
Should we email the CEP of Liberty Global to see what happens?
