Sounds very similar to my segment. I would create a TBB Ping monitor graph here: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/monitors.html and monitor it.

Here's a snapshot from my segment for last Sunday, this is typical when 200Mbps would go down to less than 50Mbps in the evenings:



If your power levels are ok and you get your headline speed outside of peak times then this does point to overutilisation

Ask for a fault reference from support but you will need to be patient: some get fixed within 6 months but some don't. We are in our 4th year
