Is this the hub, but I had this installed yesterday, as I was previously with BT (using their Infinity Broadband) and the Virgin-Media guy said it was a new model that is currently being trialed by a "select few" and also some new customers as well, and apparently I'm one of them...!
If so I've not had any issues, albeit it's still less than 24hours since it was installed, apart from when the initial installation was being activated by the engineer as the codes on the box he scanned weren't recognised so he had to call in and get confirmation, he then re-scanned it and then it was recognised. Within fifteen minutes the hub and my TV were up and running perfectly.
