The BT/ITV tie-up was suggested by CCS Insight who publish a list of predictions that are
reported by the FT and others. They said "by 2018" so that gives BT a bit of time!
Their other predictions are off-topic and include the EC mandating a a minimum broadband speed of 30 Mbps by 2020 and Google launching a mobile service in a leading European market by 2017.
