Is that the 200mb upload speed? The CS told me mine should stay at 12mb up.

Errm. All appears to be well.
And rather than just leave this and not reply so I didn't look a berk, I'll say that in desperation/randomly trying things that were previously OK, I tried a different driver for my network card and it appears to be sorted.
