SH2 arrived this morning. All up and running with 200mb config file showing (

Spoke to CS who logged in remotely and booted me into safe mode to run speed checks - yep, still less than 100Mb. Been told now to wait 24hrs to "let it settle down"... Jeez.
Starting to regret making that telephone call now.
