hmmm maybe I should cancel the planned engineer visit on Wednesday then, because it appears there is nothing the engineer can achieve by visiting me until the firmware is deployed from the techies at the backend. Power levels could be adjusted but results would be hidden until the firmware is updated so no point in doing that yet.

Thanks for letting me know that much at least... saves me taking half a day off work.
