Ping statistics for 62.253.8.113:
Packets: Sent = 118, Received = 118, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 9ms, Maximum = 67ms, Average = 14ms
Can immediately see there is an issue there between me and VM's own network. So yeah I'll be giving them a call.

That is how the TBB looks when on 16 channels, until VM figure it all out.
