Never mind got a response from Jen on the VM forum. The trial does seem to have ended.

Not true.

They had a problem getting hardware out to people. Though she said those effect will still get the new hardware and full tech support when needed.

Just usual VM delays.

I just wanted the new hardware to be honest as the Shub2 wireless is crap. Just hope they do send them out.

The new hardware is not available to every customer yet. Only in small numbers.

You may be in the 3rd or 4th trial batch, whenever that happens.
