Superhub in Ethernet Switch to Router WAN

So I'm having 2 Cat6 ports installed in my house this week so that I can use another Asus RT-N66U as an access point.

My understanding is that I run the 2nd AP from the Primary Router's Ethernet socket (rather than WAN) to the 2nd AP's WAN socket.

The Superhub is currently installed downstairs with a PC. Can I put these on a switch and run a Cat6 cable to the WAN of the primary router? Will this still enable the PC to communicate with the other devices as it will actually be only talking to the network through the WAN port (and subsequently the switch).

TO make it simpler...

Primary Router: Computer + Superhub -> Ethernet Switch -> WAN port
2nd AP: Ethernet from Primary to WAN.
