Re: Sharing a signal between two tv's in different rooms

Could be a WiFi interference problem, or it could be a faulty sender. Moving to 5Ghz also has issues, as the higher frequencies do not travel so well through walls etc. If you use a Slingbox, you will only be able to use analogue connections, so no HD (HDCP restrictions will prevent HD pictures getting through to the box). A long HDMI cable is an alternative, but again, any splitter you use must be HDCP compliant, & if you change to a TiVO (which you might have to in the near future) you will might find it a very fussy piece of kit, even with some TV's.
