This isn't new, who didn't know Russia bought the World cup along with Qatar? Isn't this the point of the corruption scandal besides finding out it's been happening years... another fact people already knew.

Then they have the cheek to put forward candidates from within FIFA or UEFA yet again. No disrespect because not everyone is corrupt, but no one from either organisation should be considered for Presidency at this time.

They're going to allow the same voters that voted Blatter in have another round of votes? The same voters that clearly pocketed money for votes, the logic in this is typical of FIFA.

As for the England world cup bid, it was destroyed by our own Media before we even got a chance to offer some money for votes

When you allow horrid papers like the Daily Mail to roam free and spew constant crap then you're asking for it.
