Personally the credibility of the world health organisation has been iffy since they decided electronic cigarettes were more dangerous then normal cigarettes a claim that has been thoroughly junked. They are little more then a mouthpiece for whoever pays them enough these days and anyone putting too much faith in them is going to live a life scared and very bland food wise.
