Beeman, l don't know if it is happening in Cambridgeshire, but the public in there area's of many county forces are signing a petition to save local officers, and have offered to pay extra council tax to INCREASE visible presence on the streets.

Visible on the streets can bring extra safety for the public, most crimes are not being attended as there is no one to attend them.
I cannot understand why they are cutting police officers are staff. Doesn't make sense
