Does anyone think the chaos in the EU strengthens our position with respect to the current 'negotiations' or an inevitable distraction from them which could result in a stronger 'out' vote'? Although I've pretty much decided we need to get out, if we were going to stay in I'd prefer to do so with significant changes and would hate to think that we'd be left with the worst possible outcome which would be to remain in an unreformed EU carrying on regardless...
