I spoke to police at an incident a few nights back in Edgeware, they said the latest scam for fiddling the figures of reported crime is by not having enough people to file the reports, I was amazed, as if people not bothering to report crimes didn't massage the figures enough, now they resort to not logging them or down grading their importance.
