We can afford the police.
we need the police.

the plan is to throw Britain into chaos as a result of not having enough police.
you can tell by they keep cutting more hoping that whatever it is that is chaos will happen sooner.

the thing you have to worry about is why and who wants this country to turn to chaos?
what happens? what is the main goal?
