We have a bean to cup with steam wand, makes our coffee's extremely cheap even cheaper if you take out the initial cost of the machine.

Arthur tell your lad to abstain from buying that overpriced coffee for 51 days & to save the money then go buy himself a bean to cup, quids in after that

On topic, there is no excuse whats so ever for employers not pay the legal minimum wage. Any employer caught cheating the system by saying they allow staff this or that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
