for starters you have been upgraded to 200mbits and not gigabits :p You always have to wait a few hours - a day for the upgrade to come through and you will be able to see it by looking at your config. If you are using the shub in router modem go to
http://192.168.0.1 and click on router status top right, then operation config and look for the downstream info. The screen dump below shows the config for 152mbits and the 200mbit config will be something like 220,000,000 I think:
