To me, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Employers come out with this rubbish that, if they paid the minimum wage, it would cost more money - which they could not afford

Total and utter rubbish. Profits would not be effected. As with some retailers charge over the prices anyway - in fact my son pays £4.50 for a cappuccino. So how much profit does a shop make on that.

And to name and shame those that don't pay, brilliant
if one of my sons paid £4.50 for a cup of coffee they would be getting a talking to from mum and dad [ even at 28 and 25 years old ]
