I rang to cancel and switch to Sky/BT, so they upgraded me to 200Mbps + TV XL + M phone with 2x TiVO boxes, for half what I was paying before when we had just the one TiVO box. £40/month for all that isn't so bad, especially when it's only a 12 month contract. So maybe going on the bounce works after all. Yin/yang lol.
