Re: Recording issues
Called in at my daughter's house and quickly discovered the reason for the problem.

The recording hiccups showed the problem as ' no power'. It turns out that her partner has been pulling all the plugs out at night! Hence the premature ends to recordings and failures to record....

Thanks for your help, spiderplant. Didn't think it was going to be that easy to resolve!
