Initially, the rumour was that the exclusive deal was for 12 or 18 months, following which original programming for ITV Encore would kick in. On that basis, we wouldn't miss out on any content.

However, the two years that you mention is a different proposition. Where did you hear that?

UPDATE: I've just established that ITV have established a '4 year partnership with Sky', so at worse, this period of exclusivity may have another 3 years to run!

So much for 'rumours'!!
