Alternatively, if they have been progressively getting worse every year for the last fifteen years, it would be
completely accurate for them to have gotten worse since every merger/rebrand.
Just like speeds got faster when they merged with NTL. And when they rebranded. And when they were bought by LG. And pretty much every year in between.
