Strangely people who took services from Telewest said exactly the same when they merged with ntl, which was kinda funny as the combined company spent a ton of money upgrading the Telewest networks, and people who had been on them both said exactly the same when the company was rebranded Virgin Media.

Virgin Media still use the same capacity guidelines they always have. Liberty Global aren't related to the issues.
