Yes.. you could download lastpass : https://lastpass.com/

when it instals you can get it to scan the system and harvest all passwords. it does that so it can give you a security score depending on how many duplicate passwords you have etc.. but ignore that for a min and put that to the side.. once it has harvested all the passwords, you can then open the password vault and edit each website/e-mail id etc to change the password.. it will show you the password in the password box if you click ' show password '
