Given the number of PCs and laptops with Bluetooth receivers built in vs. the number with XBox controller receivers built in, it's a no-brainer.

PC's very rarely have blutooth without an adapter. I'd be surprised if the percentage of PC's in people's homes with built in bluetooth is higher than low single digits. It's not something that is standard unlike laptops.

A 360 controller sold as a 360 controller might not have them but the ones marketed as wireless 360 controller for PC do. Mine came with it in the packaging from Amazon, they are still selling them. It doesn't fail on the automatic driver install either but i suppose different versions of windows might be different.
