It works, but it will only show you other
wireless networks. The 2.4ghz spectrum is unlicensed, which means all kinds of things use it - Bluetooth, Baby monitors, some home automation systems, hell even some Microwaves produce interference in this frequence range - and
none of that will show up. Don't get me wrong, it's a great app and I use it myself, but it is not the be-all and end-all, you're still better off checking different channels all the same.
