The vast majority of businesses really don't need more than 50 or 100mbit, especially if it's symmetrical.

BT has so much fibre in our building, it's ridiculous. Every time a new leased line is purchased, they deploy a completely new fibre line, they don't reuse even the defunct fibre that's in the basement.
Which of course means it takes months to get said line installed.
