Yea they start in 22 days and with previous years/upgrades i don't see any reason why they won't start the upgrades on the due date.yes of course it's anyones guess what areas will roll out first,but in my case i always got the upgrade pretty quick after they started rolling them out..
So the OP'S post about the u-switch offers is quite a good one tbh with the upgrades not that far away
