Yep. The country seems to be going through the type of mass delusion and detachment from reality that North Korea would be proud of. Everything bad is the fault of they big bad tories and Westminster and anything good is due to holyrood.
Trying to point out the declines in pretty much most devolved areas is met with 'Aye but once we get independence it'll all get better'
