I'm interested to know what the Min Traffic Rate on the downstream does too.
(I wonder if it relates to the Minimum Reserved Traffic Rate?)
I'm on 100Mb/s and have 112640000 as the Max Traffic Rate and 5632000 as the Min Traffic Rate. The ratio of the two is 0.05. What's your ratio morrk?
Also what speed test are you using to measure?
