Also I think the assertion that this won't cause extra traffic or congestion is ludicrous, you can't say the person that is lodging on your wi-Fi is creating extra traffic because they arnt at home using their own, what is actually happening is they are using VM instead of their 3G connections so the network traffic at peak times could considerably increase.
No, what is actually happening is they are using VM instead of using VM in a slightly different part of the country.
