5% on its own seems a small number, but that will always be at peak so e.g. lets say peak is 4pm to 10pm, 25% of the day, that 5% becomes 20% of the time effectively of when most people will use it, or 10% of the time is then 40% of the time when most use it.

Not everyone is like myself using the net for varying parts of the day.
