Evidently, a lot of crosstalk, but just look at that upstream margin! I could be uploading at 30Mbps!
O/T Necro:

Swapped to a Rev 2 HH5 and also disconnected long-ass extension wiring my flatmate left connected, maximum data rate has gone up to 92/33
