I use an email client (Thunderbird) so VM's changes don't really affect me in terms of how the mail looks though I will need to wrangle the webmail into submission to get the SPAM filters properly set as they are changed to the defaults after VM take over the service. I prefer the white list / black list criteria rather than the strange lableing system
