reading this thread suggests to me is the same old bad capacity management.
Showed it to my buddy who is showing massive loyalty to VM but he has faith VM will fix his utilisation issue that has lasted 2 years

note the guy was seeing severe issues even when still in the threshold (proof that the threshold is set too leniant) and is the usual several months of delays, what have liberty global fixed?
