Dilli have you considered Bach rescue remedy spray
http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/sho...0038579?c=bach That's if your medication allows you to take this of course and if not maybe the Doctor could give you something. I have used this spray myself for anxiety that I experienced this year and I did feel it helped me.
