Switching the Superhub to router mode obviously gives a different Wan IP, though still an 81.xx, but I can see no similar net mask info in the extensive advanced settings page on the Superhub. And of course I can reach the site.
That net mask is very wrong. Should be something like 255.255.255.0 or 255.255.254.0

Are there any firmware updates for your router?
