I needed a new GPS running watch as my Nike+ one wasn't up to what I need it for plus I wanted a heart rate monitor and the only one compatible would cost about £50 so I put it on eBay as funds are currently low so with the money I decided to go back to basics and won the auction for a used Garmin FR110 which is pretty much the entry-level for what I wanted but met all my needs. I could get the heart rate strap another time (ie when I had the money even though for the Garmin it's around half that of the Nike+).
A few days later it arrived......or so I thought. I used to have the FR110 so as I took it out of the box I could tell they'd sent the wrong one. I checked the paperwork for their phone number to complain.....until I realised what they'd sent was the mid-to-upper range model, the FR410
I sent a message to say they'd sent a different (I was careful not to say 'wrong'

) and begrudgingly asked if they wanted me to return it. Inevitably the guy said yes which I was planning to do this morning but 10 minutes later he sent another message saying not to bother and I could keep it
More features such as Virtual Partner and Course Creator, better battery life and although the model is about 4 years old now it's as good as or better than the majority of running watches on the market right now - plus they also included the heart rate strap too, saving me £30 to £40. Happy with that!
