Navigate to
http://192.168.100.1 and set the hub back to router mode. Or just pinhole reset the hub if you have trouble - this will turn the hub into a wireless router (With built-in modem). However, I'd advise you to just bite the bullet and buy yourself a decent wireless router replacement.
