It's difficult to guess what's the problem. Is the DHCP server on ? (on the Belkin)

Which superhub do you have?

Superhub 2ac should be better than the Belkin. What's the reason of using the Belkin router?

Phone VM and ask them to send you a superhub 2ac and get rid of the Belkin.
