VM make money by selling Sky's channels included in it's many packages , Sky makes money through wholesaling it's channels to VM. As you've been told numerous times anyone can sub to Now TV on devices starting at around £10 in fact there are bundles about what save you even more.

If you honestly think streaming is the future I'd invest in a decent streaming device instead of waiting for things that are never likely to happen.
