I've lived here for 15 years and the same people live in these houses , I even know some of them and they have a very, very expensive lifestyle some even owning properties abroad , it's obvious the ex council houses that are privately owned as there roofs haven't been replaced
, if they are getting a high end mercedes or bmw as a company car then I'm pretty sure they are in a decent enough job to buy their own house
