Nowtv is never going to be on this generation of tivo, tivo struggles with netflix so nowtv would be useless on it.
Had you said the BBC I-Player, I'd have agreed with you. The constant buffering is really annoying.

However the TiVo seems to cope perfectly with Netflix (at least on my box) although it does take about a minute to load initially. Once in, however, it is fine.

ITV Encore and he Sky box sets are on there as well.

VM don't have to pay anything if they just present Now TV as a subscription based service.
