I used to have TiVo, and thought it was a brilliant piece of kit, but it's not until you've stopped using it for a while that you really notice its flaws. It's so slow and disjointed when going between various menus. Even the remote seems counter-intuitive. Been using my brothers TiVo back and forth in recent weeks. The features are still great but all its flaws add up to it being a terrible user experience. I'm sure others will disagree however you should see my Mum and Dad trying to use TiVo. They have a V+ box and have no problems when they visit mine using my SKY+. When they visit my brothers its a total shambles
