In the Sky family package you get access to box sets, for VM to negate this they could offer Netflix for free! VM VOD is awful at the moment and has been for years, who whats to see VOD reality TV shows that are repeated daily on standard channels anyway?
I know I know, why don't you go to Sky. It's on the agenda but by expressing your feels here hopefully VM may become aware of the problems and feelings of the customers
